Brooklyn native Sierra also known as Cece to loved ones, friends & clients is a great hairstylist who has a bubbly & warming personality. Cece always had a passion for hair since she was a young girl. After graduating high school, she immediately enrolled at Empire Beauty School where she received her Cosmetology license and is currently an educator at the same company where she was once enrolled as a student. Cece was employed at a host of salons since graduating; where she perfected her hair coloring techniques, natural hair care, extensions and much more. In 2019 she decided to branch off and create her own salon to create a salon culture for women in the black/urban community.
